Hey Guys!!!
Last thursday, we tried to find the perfect wine to drink with Lasagna with spinach and ricotta. And we did it!!!
For the begining, we tasted a Condrieu, Coteaux de Chery, from Perret, in 2009. Condrieu is awhite Rhone Valley wine, made only vith viogner. That wine was amazing! And absolutly perfect with our course. It's a floral wine, with some apricot flavour. You must taste it! It's fantastic!

And, because we don't like to taste only one wine... We tasted a Cotes du Jura, Les Chalasses Marnes Bleues, 2006, produced by Ganevat! This one was surprising and very fine. We loved it and its exotic flavour.!!

To finish our meeting, we ate some cheese from Pays Basque (south of France) and our wines were perfects!
Thank you for following us every week!
See you!
