We found there was a perfect balance between this wine and Basil Beef. Château d'Aurilhac 2006 is a wine with a tense color and an intriguing nose. We can find some red fruits like cherries and blackberries. It is a well balanced wine with a medium body. It has also an attractive suppleness and a nice finish. The wine and the dish had the same intensity of flavors and their tastes matched well. It made a perfect balance between the wine and the dish.

With the bouquet of some cherries, this wine is quite easy too drink. It shows the finesse from this humble appellation. A nice wine to drink now. But maybe too easy to pair the food.
It is a gorgeous wine , very round and matched nicely with the dish too. When you see the price ,you will know that you can find some fine wine with a low price .Well recommended.
